Schedule a clip

1. Open a finished clip and choose Schedule.
2. Select one or more connected accounts to publish to.
3. Pick a date and time, or add it to your posting queue.
4. Confirm. ViralNote handles formatting and posting at the scheduled time.

You don't need to be online when a scheduled post goes out — ViralNote publishes it for you.

Publish to multiple platforms at once

Select multiple connected accounts when scheduling and ViralNote formats the same clip appropriately for each platform (aspect ratio, caption, and length). This lets you cover TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and X from a single action.

Posting cadence tips

• Volume beats perfection. Posting several quality clips per day outperforms one polished post per week.
• Spread releases. Stagger clips from the same source video across days rather than dumping them all at once.
• Keep quality high. Review each clip's hook and caption before it goes out — automation should speed you up, not lower the bar.

Does scheduling hurt reach?

No. Publishing through official platform APIs does not change how the algorithm distributes your content. Platforms treat API-published posts the same as manual ones.

Manage your queue

From the scheduler you can reorder, edit, or remove upcoming posts at any time before they publish. If a connected account expired, scheduled posts to it will pause until you reconnect it.
