Connect your social media accounts

To schedule and auto-post clips, ViralNote needs permission to publish on your behalf. You grant this by connecting each social account once.

Supported platforms

ViralNote can publish to:

• TikTok
• Instagram (Reels)
• YouTube (Shorts)
• LinkedIn
• X (formerly Twitter)

The platforms available to you can depend on your plan.

How to connect an account

1. Open Settings → Connections in the dashboard.
2. Click Connect next to the platform you want to add.
3. You'll be redirected to that platform to log in and approve access.
4. After approving, you're returned to ViralNote and the account shows as Connected.

Repeat for each platform you want to publish to. You can connect multiple accounts for the same platform if you manage more than one profile.

Why a connection might stop working

Social platforms expire access tokens periodically for security, or when you change your platform password. If a connection shows as Disconnected or a scheduled post fails:

1. Go to Settings → Connections.
2. Click Reconnect next to the affected account.
3. Re-approve access on the platform.

Your scheduled posts resume once the connection is restored.

Permissions and privacy

ViralNote only requests the permissions needed to publish content you create. You can revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings, or by disconnecting the account in ViralNote.
