Plans, billing, and upgrades
Understand your plan limits, change plans, update payment details, and find your invoices.
Manage your subscription, payment details, and invoices from Settings → Billing in the dashboard.
Understand your plan
Each plan includes limits such as how much video you can process, which platforms you can publish to, and what branding options are available. You can see your current usage and limits on the Billing page.
Upgrade or downgrade
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose a different plan.
- Confirm the change.
Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your cycle.
Update payment details
On the Billing page, open Payment method to add or update your card. If a payment fails, update your card here and the charge will retry automatically.
Find your invoices
All past invoices and receipts are listed under Billing → Invoices. You can download any invoice as a PDF for your records.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. After cancelling, you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period — you're not cut off immediately, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds and billing questions
If you were charged unexpectedly or have a question about an invoice, contact us and we'll sort it out.
